Salsa
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup of grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • pinch of cilantro

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into cup and blend for 30 seconds. Jalapeno peppers can be added for additional spiciness.



pesto
Ingredients:
  • fresh basil Leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ cup of pine nuts
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of parmesan cheese

Directions:

Blend 1 clove of garlic, ¼ cup of pine nuts, ¼ cup of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of salt, for 30 seconds, add ¼ of shredded Parmesan cheese. Fill remainder of cup with Basil leaves to the very top -Blend until reach desired consistency, check food every 5 to 10 seconds before continuing.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of cube fruit
  • ½ a sliced ripe banana
  • ¼ cup of breast milk or formula

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend until reach desired consistency, check food every 5 to 10 seconds before continuing.

Humus

Ingredients:

  • can of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions:

Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas, grind for 1 minute, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil - Grind until reach desired consistency, check food every 5 to 10 seconds before continuing.

Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • red onion
  • tomato
  • cilantro
  • lime juice salt

Directions:

Add 1 cubed avocado, ¼ red onion, 6 grape tomatoes, a pinch of cilantro, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and 1 teaspoon of salt. - Blend all ingredients until reach desired consistency, check food every 5 to 10 seconds before continuing.

Red pepper salad dressing
Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ cup of roasted red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients and blend for 15 seconds.

Ambrosia

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. of heavy cream
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed pineapple
  • 8 maraschino cherries
  • 5 mandarin orange slices
  • 2 tablespoons of mini marshmallows

Directions:

Combine heavy cream, sour cream, coconut and sugar and blend for 30 seconds. Add fruit & marshmallows and blend for 15 seconds. Chill 1 hour. Scoop and serve.

Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredient and blend for 30 seconds

Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of dry roasted Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (if desired)
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

Directions:

Grind peanuts for 30 seconds, add 2 tablespoons of Honey, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Grind again until reach desired consistency, check food every 5 to 10 seconds before continuing.





Frozen Dessert

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup of almond milk
  •  1 teaspoon of Vanilla

Directions:

Combine and blend all ingredients until reach desired consistency, check food every 5 to 10 seconds before continuing. - Transfer to freezer safe dish. Freeze for 2 hours and serve like ice cream.



Omelet

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of red pepper
  • ¼ cup of green pepper
  • ¼ cup of onion
  • shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • cubed Ham

Directions:

Combine red pepper, green pepper, onion and chop for 20 seconds then cook on skillet medium heat for 2 minutes. Combine eggs, milk and shredded cheese and blend for 10 seconds. Add additional ingredients plus cubed ham to skillet and cook for 1 minute, flip and cook an additional 1 minute.
